Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR APP REVIEW NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Giveaway Period
The MomsBeyond Mom Care Gift Box Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on August 21, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to active MomsBeyond app users who are legal residents of Canada or the United States and who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence, at the time of entry.
For the purposes of this Giveaway, an “active MomsBeyond app user” means an eligible individual with an active MomsBeyond account during the Giveaway Period.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of MomsBeyond and anyone directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible to win.
3. How to Enter
Eligible active MomsBeyond app users are automatically entered into the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.
Leaving an App Store, Google Play, or other review is not required to enter and does not increase your chances of winning. No purchase is necessary.
Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person.
4. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won:
One Mom Care Gift Box with an approximate retail value of $200 CAD.
The contents and supplier of the gift box may vary from items pictured or advertised.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no cash substitution will be provided, except at MomsBeyond’s discretion where permitted by law.
5. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The random draw will take place on or about October 15, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or contact information associated with their MomsBeyond account within approximately three (3) business days of the draw.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of being contacted.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or does not otherwise satisfy these Official Rules, another eligible entrant may be selected at random.
Where required by Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.
7. Prize Delivery
Once the winner has been confirmed, MomsBeyond will contact the winner to arrange delivery of the prize.
The winner may be required to provide a valid mailing address and other information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
MomsBeyond reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended.
MomsBeyond reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway or who violates these Official Rules.
9. App Store & Social Media
Disclaimer This Giveaway is administered by MomsBeyond.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other third-party platform on which the Giveaway may be promoted.
Apple App Store and Google Play reviews are completely optional and have no effect on eligibility or the odds of winning.
10. Privacy
Personal information used in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the selected winner, deliver the prize, and otherwise in accordance with the MomsBeyond Privacy Policy and applicable law.
